What is a content credit, and what happens if I don't use them?

A credit is the unit we price production in — one image is one credit, a short video is five, a written piece is three. Your plan includes a monthly balance, and unused credits roll over for one month so a quiet period isn't wasted. They don't accumulate indefinitely, because the team capacity they represent doesn't either.

Can I change plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, up or down, from the billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with the credit balance adjusted pro rata. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date so you keep what you've already paid for.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan is month to month. There is no minimum term, no setup fee on subscriptions, and no cancellation fee. We would rather keep clients because the work is working than because a contract obliges them.

Can I pay in Naira instead of dollars?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans are billed in either US dollars or Nigerian naira, and you pick your currency at checkout. You can pay by card or by bank transfer — for transfers you upload the receipt in your dashboard and we activate the plan once it's confirmed.

What if I only need one service, not a bundle?

Then buy just that one. Every service is available as a standalone package as well as inside the bundled plans. The bundles are simply cheaper per service if you need more than one, and you can also order one-off work — a logo, a website build, a single campaign — without any subscription.

What isn't included in the plan price?

Third-party costs that belong in your name stay in your name: your domain registration, any paid ad spend, and premium subscriptions your site or campaign depends on. We never mark those up or hold them in our account. Everything our team produces is inside the plan.

What happens in the first week?

You complete the intake form, we produce your first style sample or first lead batch, and you approve the direction. Production starts from that approval, usually within the first week.
